1. Raw honey

Raw honey has never been tampered with or heat-treated above 95 degrees.

It is unprocessed, unpasteurised and unfiltered. This allows it to retain all of its’ natural healing properties.

The fructose in the honey helps to heal digestive disorders, detoxify the body,

and boost the immune system. Raw honey can also assist with muscle relaxation, bone strength and liver regeneration.

2. Bee propolis extract

Bee propolis extract is also known as ‘bee glue’. It is super strong and is what bees use to seal and repair their hives!

Propolis was even listed as an official drug in the London pharmacopoeias of the 17th century.
